GoldenCare Nursing Support of Ohio LLC was founded in January 2026 by Gabriela Solano, LPN, with a clear purpose: to bring reliability, accountability, and true compassion back into healthcare staffing. As a nurse working on the frontlines, Gabriela experienced firsthand the challenges facilities face every day, including short staffing, last-minute call-offs, and inconsistent care. She saw how these gaps not only affect healthcare teams but directly impact the quality of care residents receive.
Gabriela created GoldenCare to be different. Not just another staffing agency, but a dependable partner facilities can trust—one that provides consistent, high-quality nurses who show up, care, and make a difference. Her goal is to build a company that prioritizes both the needs of healthcare facilities and the well-being of the residents they serve, delivering staffing solutions that truly support, not just fill shifts.
